Mr Whiteware Catering Equipment can supply and install stainless steel cladding for your new kitchen. Stainless steel wall cladding is the ideal solution for kitchen walls as it is ultra-hygienic and virtually maintenance free.

Yet another advantage of stainless steel wall cladding is that it can be supplied in a standard polished finish but can also be supplied in a brushed matt. Stainless steel can be fabricated to almost any conceivable shape and you can also have textured or etched finishes as well. It can be screw-fixed or glue-fixed to the walls, depending upon your individual requirements. Once in place, stainless steel wall cladding in your kitchen will just last and last, as there is virtually nothing whatever that can damage it.

Stainless steel cladding is composed of at least 10.5%, but more typically 25%, of chromium and nickel along with more than 50% of iron. While it is not stainless in the strictest meaning of the word, nonetheless it is one of the alloys available that is highly resistant to stains, corrosion, and rust. Splash hot oils or sauces over it, and they will just wipe off with a damp cloth.

Stainless steel cladding for kitchen walls also comes with a “self-healing” process. If you should scratch the surface, the chromium-rich oxide layer on the surface simply repairs itself. This means that if you scratch the surface you will be able to see the scratch, but it won’t rust.

Another advantage of stainless steel cladding for kitchen walls is that it is composed of up to 60% recycled steel, and at the end of its’ life is 100% recyclable again. So it is extremely environmentally friendly.
